Our Philosophy

Our main goal is to inspire a symphony of flavours in your mouth. We bake for those who want to enjoy an honest dessert! Stop time for a while and take a moment for yourself or make your loved ones happy.

Premium ingredients

We do not use preservatives, unnecessary additives or cage eggs. Most of our ingredients are sourced from Europe.

Unique recipe

Our pastry chefs are utter perfectionists. They’re constantly inventing new flavors. The kind you won’t find anywhere else!

Rich in taste low in sugar

We bake the way it should be baked. You won’t find over-sweetened cakes here.

Final hand touch

All our products are made with love. Final decorating and quality control is done by hand for each cake individually. Our pastry chefs are obsessed with perfection.

I keep going back to the moment when we were sitting at Alice’s Café
in the outdoor seating area, where carrots grow instead of trees and the fog is as thick as cream.
And when the waiter trips over a nut, it’s certain that rabbit is coming.

We have been been supplying our premium cakes to premium coffee shops such as McCafé, Starbucks or Costa coffee for almost 15 years. We currently deliver to over 30 countries worldwide. The great news is that you can now enjoy our products at home. You can find Dortie’s products in selected supermarket chains and the number of stores is growing!
